Starlings 6-5

Every winter evening a Starling murmuration heads for their roost in a Holly bush in a local back garden, the birds firstly congregate in trees nearby, from there they then they make several flypasts over the roost, this goes on for awhile before the main event. These are not the great numbers as seen in some areas in the country but still an impressive sight and entertain the local residents.
The following photographs are a series of pictures taken over several evenings.
